Adding a New Funded Account
When you receive funding from a prop firm—whether by passing a challenge or purchasing instant funding—add the account to track your revenue.
How to Add a Funded Account
Navigate to Funded Accounts in the sidebar
Click the Add Account button in the top right
Fill in the required fields
Click Create Account
Alternative: If you just passed a challenge, use the Converting a Challenge to a Funded Account feature instead. It automatically creates a funded account linked to your challenge.
Required Fields
Account Name
Give the account a descriptive name.
Good examples:
"FTMO 100K Main"
"TFT 200K Account 2"
"MyFundedFX 50K Swing"
Tips:
Include the prop firm name
Include the account size
Add distinguishing info if you have multiple similar accounts
Prop Firm
Select the prop firm from the dropdown. Only firms you've previously set up appear here.
Account Size
Enter the funded capital amount—the size of the account you're trading.
Note: This is not your equity or balance. It's the nominal funded amount (e.g., 100,000 for a 100K account).
Currency
Select the account currency (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.).
Funding Type
Choose how you obtained this account:
Evaluation — You passed a challenge to get funded
Instant — You paid for immediate access without evaluation
This helps categorize your accounts and understand your funding mix.
Platform
Select your trading platform:
MT4
MT5
cTrader

Optional Fields
Account Number
The trading account number from your prop firm. Helpful for matching records if you contact the firm or check their dashboard.
Start Date
When your funding became active. Defaults to today if not specified.
Related Challenge
If this account came from a challenge (and you didn't use the conversion feature), you can manually link it here. The dropdown shows completed challenges.

Prop Firm
Account Size

You can still edit these values if needed, but auto-fill saves time and ensures consistency.
After Creating the Account
Once created, your funded account will:
Appear in the Funded Accounts table with "Active" status
Show in your Dashboard module summary
Be ready for payout tracking
Immediate next steps you might take:
Record any payouts already received
Add notes about the account
Set up your first payout target
Using Templates
If you frequently add similar accounts, templates speed up data entry:
Look for "Load Template" when adding an account
Select a saved template
Fields auto-fill with common values
Adjust as needed and create
To save a template, set up your common values and save the configuration for reuse.
Adding Accounts That Came from Challenges
You have two options:
Option 1: Convert (Recommended) If you tracked the challenge in the platform, use the conversion feature. This maintains the link automatically.
Option 2: Manual Add with Link If you're backfilling data or the challenge wasn't tracked, add the account manually and select the related challenge from the dropdown.
Option 3: Manual Add without Link If you don't have the challenge in the system, just add the funded account. You can always add the challenge later and link them.
Validation
The form validates your entries:
Required fields must be filled
Account size must be a positive number
Start date can't be in the future
If validation fails, you'll see error messages below the relevant fields.
Common Questions
Should I add old funded accounts? Yes, if you want accurate historical revenue tracking. Even breached accounts help you understand your overall performance.
What if I have accounts at firms not in the list? Add the prop firm in Settings first, then return to add the account.
Can I add multiple accounts at once? Add them one at a time. After creating each, use "Add Another" to quickly start the next one.
