Using the Account Detail Drawer
When you click on any funded account in the table, a detail drawer slides in from the right. This drawer contains all information about the account organized into tabs.
Opening the Drawer
Click anywhere on a row in the Funded Accounts table to open that account's detail drawer. The main table remains visible behind the drawer for context.
Drawer Header
At the top of the drawer, you'll see:
Account Name — The name you gave this account
Status Badge — Active (green), Breached (red), or Cancelled (gray)
Close Button (X) — Top right corner to close the drawer
The Tabs
The drawer organizes information into multiple tabs:
Overview Tab
Your starting point with key account information at a glance.
Contains:
Account details (prop firm, size, currency, platform)
Account number
Start date
Funding type (Evaluation or Instant)
Related challenge (if linked)
Tags
Quick statistics
Actions available:
Edit account information
Update status
Add/remove tags
Payouts Tab
Track all payouts from this account.
Contains:
Payout summary cards (totals, averages, first/last dates)
Date range filter for payouts
Payouts table listing all recorded payouts
Add Payout button
What you can do:
Add new payouts
Edit existing payouts
Change payout status
Filter payouts by date range
Export payout data
Refunds Tab
Track any refunds received related to this account.
Contains:
List of all refunds
Dates and amounts
Notes for each refund
Add Refund button
What you can do:
Add new refunds
Edit existing refunds
Delete refunds if recorded in error
Notes Tab
Free-form notes about this account.
Contains:
Text area for account notes
Notes are saved automatically
Use for:
Strategy notes
Important reminders
Historical context
Anything you want to remember
Events Tab
A timeline of significant events for this account.
Contains:
Chronological list of events
Event types (status change, payout, etc.)
Dates and descriptions
This may include:
When the account was created
Status changes (Active → Breached)
Payouts recorded
Other significant events
Editing Account Information
From the Overview tab:
Look for edit icons next to editable fields
Click to enter edit mode
Make your changes
Changes typically save automatically (or click Save)
Editable fields usually include:
Account name
Account number
Tags
Notes
Status
Non-editable fields:
Prop firm (set at creation)
Currency (set at creation)
Account size (you may be able to edit this in some cases)
Related challenge (linked at creation/conversion)
Working with Payouts in the Drawer
The Payouts tab is where you'll spend most of your time. Here's how to work efficiently:
Adding a Payout
Click "Add Payout" button
Enter amount, date, status
Save
Updating Payout Status
Find the payout in the list
Click to edit
Change status (Requested → Approved)
Save
Viewing Payout Totals
The summary cards at the top show:
Total lifetime payouts
Total for selected period
First and last payout dates
Average payout size
Filtering Payouts
Use the date range selector to see payouts from specific periods.
Quick Actions
Some drawers include quick action buttons:
Add Payout — Jump directly to adding a payout
Update Status — Quick status change
Archive Account — Move to archive
View Related Challenge — Jump to the linked challenge
Look for these in the header area or at the bottom of the Overview tab.
Closing the Drawer
Close the drawer by:
Clicking the X button in the top right
Clicking outside the drawer (on the dimmed table area)
Pressing the Escape key
If you have unsaved changes, you may see a confirmation dialog.
Navigating Between Accounts
Without closing the drawer:
Use arrow buttons (if available) to move to the next/previous account
Or close the drawer and click on a different account
Using the Drawer for Quick Reviews
The drawer is designed for quick access without navigating to a separate page. Use it to:
Check payout status — Open account, go to Payouts tab, see pending requests
Record a payout — Open, add payout, close
Update status — Open, change status, close
Add notes — Open, write note, close
Most tasks take just a few clicks.
Drawer on Mobile
On smaller screens, the drawer may take up the full width. Navigation and functionality remain the same, just with adjusted layout.
